How much does Synapse cost per month?
Synapse subscriptions start at $39 a month for a single branch with up to six staff accounts. The Growth plan at $89 a month adds wholesale pricing, up to three branches and patient messaging. The Chain plan is $179 a month for up to ten branches with unlimited users. Annual billing gives you two months free.
Can I buy Synapse outright instead of subscribing?
Yes. A perpetual self-hosted licence starts at $899 for a single branch, $1,790 for up to five branches, and $2,990 for unlimited branches with white-label and reseller rights. Perpetual licences include the source code and there is nothing recurring to pay.
Is there a setup or implementation fee?
No. Installation, the database schema and your first branch configuration are included in every plan and every licence. Data migration from spreadsheets is included on the Chain plan and on multi-branch licences.
Do you offer regional pricing for Africa and South Asia?
Yes. Pharmacies in Africa and South Asia qualify for regional pricing of up to 45% below the listed figures. Ask on the demo call and we apply it without negotiation.
What happens if I stop paying a subscription?
Your data is yours. We export the full MySQL database and hand it over. On a perpetual licence the question does not arise, because the software is already installed on hardware you control.
Are there any hidden costs?
The only cost outside the licence is your own hosting, which for a single pharmacy is typically $3 to $10 a month on shared hosting, or nothing at all if you run it on a machine in the shop. SMS and WhatsApp sends are billed by your own gateway provider at their rates.
